RENTAL AGREEMENT

ROOM & POOL RENTAL AGREEMENT

Please read through our rules. All rentals must be manager approved and confirmed before payment. The full price is due on the day the agreement is signed to ensure a date and time. A partial refund will be issued back to you if you cancel within 5 days prior to the reserved time. For basketball, lap lanes, rec pool, and GroupX studios reservations, please reach out to our Fitness Director Janelle MacNaughton to make sure there are no conflicts with our CCHC scheduled classes Jmacnaughton@capcity.club

  • Party Room: $175 for 2 hours with up to 15 kids, $5 each after 15 with a capacity of 20 which includes supervisors and spectators.

  • 2 Lap lanes: $75/ Hour 

  • Recreation Pool: $250/ Hour

  • Group X, Cycling, or Yoga Studio: $100/ Hour

Rules: 

​

  • Adequate adult supervision is required. The applicant must provide the following supervision: One adult per five children under the age of eight. One adult per ten children over the age of eight. 

  • Bathing suits are required. No shorts or cut-offs. Only solid white T-shirts are allowed in the water.

  • Everyone must shower before entering the pool.

  • NO SMOKING OR USE OF TOBACCO.

  • NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

  • NO GLASS IN THE PARTY ROOM OR POOL AREA. 

  • All food must be kept in the party room area.

  • No silly string, confetti, or anything that will stain when wet.

  • Patrons with open sores or any infectious disease are not permitted in the pool area.

  • NO RUNNING.

  • Profanity, improper behavior, fighting, or vulgar language will not be tolerated. 

  • No display of affection at any time will be allowed (this is a family environment).

  • Only “Coast Guard approved” lifejackets are permitted. Life jackets are permitted only in the shallow area of the pool. Arm floats, water wings, personal rafts and floats are permitted. 

  • No hot tub or lap pool usage

  • Soliciting or selling of products are not permitted.

Agreement:

The applicant shall be held responsible for complying with the terms of this agreement as to oversee participant behavior. Abuse shall be just cause for dismissal from the facility or refusal of future use.

 

All individuals and organizations agree to save and hold CCHC harmless from any and all loss, claim of loss, injury, liability, or claim of liability arising out of an individual or organization's use of the rented facility: whether such act giving rise to such claim in by omission or commission. In the event CCHC is adjusted to liability or finds it necessary to settle any claims arising out of an individual or organization agrees to indemnify the CCHC for all costs.

 

It is understood and agreed that CCHC has the right to change the time and/or date if it is deemed necessary due to mechanical problems with the pool or facility.

 

We do not guarantee the full use of the pool, please check our website for the pool class schedule and or swim lessons schedule.

 

By my signature below, I agree to any damages related to CCHC premises will be solely the responsibility of the above-mentioned party, to end the party by the specified time, to follow the rules, and to leave the facility clean and undamaged. Upon inspections of the pool and premises by management, applicant's deposit will be refunded accordingly. I understand that I may incur additional charges if I breach this agreement. 

 

Any cancellations must be made no less the five (5) days before the reserved date or the deposit will be forfeited.
