ZUMBA STEP
This energetic class blends the upbeat rhythms of Zumba with step-based choreography for a fun cardio challenge. It’s a full-body workout that keeps you moving to the music.

TRX
Born in the Navy SEALS, suspension training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. The suspension trainer tool promotes mobility and stability. All levels welcome.

TRX CARDIO MIX
A full-body workout that combines strength training and cardio exercises using the TRX Suspension Trainer. TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise.

CORE
Compliment your other workouts by devoting 20 minutes to strengthening your abs and lower back to improve posture and core strength.

HATHA YOGA
This is a gentle and calming class that focuses on stretching all areas of the body while releasing stress and tension from the joints and muscles. We use props and breath awareness to help the body relax. No prior yoga experience required. *90-minute option on Saturdays.

MAT PILATES
Each class will work to balance all muscle groups with strength and flexibility and an emphasis on challenging core muscles with each movement. Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and feel an increase in agility.

This 50-minute class is for those who are new to yoga, those who desire a slower practice once in a while, and those who want to review proper alignment. The overall pace is slow and steady, with gentle warm-ups, and attention to the details of each pose. This class will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and renewed. All levels welcome!

LES MILLS SPRINT
This is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours.

CYCLE
During the class, you will pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. This class is a fantastic cardiovascular workout, and all levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle!

This cycling-based class blends core-focused training with powerful pedal intervals to challenge your strength and stamina. You'll engage your core muscles throughout the ride to build stability and endurance.

HIIT CYCLE EXPRESS

CARDIO KICKBOXING
This high-energy workout challenges beginner and elite athletes alike, while combining martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
*Note: hot tub is 101 degrees, recreation pool is 91 degrees, lap pool is 81 degrees and the lap pool is 25 yards in length.

This water workout includes calisthenic movements with variations of upper and lower body exercises. You will improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and flexibility. The instructor will use creativity to keep the pace moving and the workout interesting. As the participant, you determine the intensity by using the water as your resistance. All levels welcome.

AQUA FIT
Enjoy a total-body workout in the water with low-impact exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. The water adds resistance while reducing stress on joints.

AQUA WALKING
This gentle water-based class focuses on walking movements to improve mobility, balance, and circulation. It’s ideal for those seeking a low-intensity, joint-friendly exercise option.

AQUA ZUMBA
A high-energy dance class held in the pool, combining Latin-inspired music with water resistance. It offers a fun, low-impact way to boost cardio and coordination.

AQUA KICKBOXING
