The customer agrees to pay a non-refundable contracted swimming lesson payment that entitles the customer to a total of six (6) hours of private lesson instruction. These private lessons must be scheduled directly with the contracted instructor and Aquatics Manager. The schedule must be consistent from week to week and within the schedule of the instructor. It is the customer's responsibility to look at the instructor's schedule that is posted each month to know the lesson schedule for the month.  No refunds are allowed unless authorized by the Front Desk Manager and the Aquatics Manager at Capital City Health Club (CCHC). 

The total non-refundable CCHC pricing for the named individual receiving private swimming lessons will equal $450.00 (four hundred fifty dollars), and an active membership is required (a separate fee) for each month of lessons.

Upon the final week of lessons, if there is no other party on the contracted private lesson waiting list, you will have the option of completing another contract and making a non-refundable security deposit payment. In the event a waiting list exists, you can opt to be placed on the waiting list. You will be contacted when your name is at the top of the list to make the security deposit and start coordinating your schedule with your contracted instructor.

Additional CCHC Aquatics swimming lesson registration policies:

1. Swimming lessons are non-refundable.

2. Contact the Aquatics Director by the 5th of the month prior the next month to make changes to your days, times, or pause contract.

3. One make-up is allowed per contract (up to 30 min).

4. Lessons cannot be moved to the next month without a doctor's note.

5. CCHC membership (a separate fee) is required for contract lessons.
