ABOUT YOUR LESSON

Students must already demonstrate the following skills to enroll in LEVEL 2B:

  • Perform 5 bobs (voluntarily fully submerge body and head)

  • Float unsupported on front with face in the water (15 seconds)

  • Float unsupported on back (15 seconds)

  • Swim elementary backstroke and/or crawl stroke unsupported

  • Flutter kick on back and front three body lengths unsupported
