​​​Stephanie Jolley is a personal trainer at Capital City Health Club, helping seniors, adults, youth, and athletes get stronger, move better, and train with purpose. She specializes in Senior Fitness (55+) and weight loss, helping clients build strength, improve balance, and stay injury resilient as they age. She also works with recreational athletes — including golfers, outdoor enthusiasts, and adult team-sport players — along with youth and youth athletes who want to improve strength, coordination, and confidence. Stephanie has trained football players, ballet dancers, and wrestlers, and coached four years of wrestling, including two years at the high school level.She offers both in-person and online coaching through a professional training platform and follows NASM-aligned training and movement assessment standards to ensure clients train safely and effectively.

​Paul Wichman is a certified personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach with over three years of experience coaching individuals inside the gym setting. He holds certifications from NASM (CPT) and NSCA (CSCS) and works with general population clients while also supporting athletes and performance-focused lifters.
Training is built around sound movement, progressive strength development, and consistency. Programs are individualized to match experience level, goals, and training history—whether you’re learning the basics, rebuilding strength, or training with performance in mind. Paul’s coaching emphasizes proper technique, intelligent loading, and long-term progress. The goal is not quick fixes, but training that makes you stronger, more capable, and confident under the bar.
