ABOUT YOUR LESSON

Students must already demonstrate the following skills to enroll in LEVEL 2A:

  • Jump in the water and fully submerge body and head
  • Float supported on front AND float supported on back
  • Front glide supported AND back glide supported for 2 body lengths
